Izzi Cosh

Currently studying at Bristol Institute of Performing Arts. Isabella has been performing since the age of 9, being apart of local amateur theatre companies around Bristol. Her favourite roles include 'Belle' in Beauty and the Beast and 'Ursula' in The Little Mermaid.

Disney obsessed Isabella has taught baby ballet, a variety of musical theatre classes and spent 6 months with Camp America. During her time in America she took over the performing arts department and created flash mobs, campfire performances and big dance numbers for all the children.

Isabella has worked in the entertainment team at Legoland and works as a professional performer in care homes all over the south west.

She is extremely excited to start a new adventure with the Little Dreamers.

Chloe Allsopp-Jones

Chloe began playing the piano at the age of 3. At the age of 16, she took her piano diploma.

Chloe continued her musical journey and trained for 4 years at Bath Spa University College graduating with a BA (Hons) in Music and her PGCE. Chloe continues to work in education, teaching children age 3-18.

Chloe’s love of music led her into the world of musical theatre; as a child actor, accompanist, and currently Musical Director. Shows musically directed by Chloe include Jesus Christ Superstar, Beauty and the Beast, The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Oliver and Annie to name just a few.

Chloe is very excited to be a part of BSPA as Musical Director.


Amanda Board Salmon

Amanda has always had a passion for teaching & has taught at The Bristol School Of Performing Arts under the former director John Redgrave & has run her own Private vocal tuition company ‘MTS’ , she also taught at The Somerset Dance Umbrella in Wells run & directed by Sandra Davey.

Amanda has taught in all fields of Performing Arts including directing, Choreographing & producing Shows. She has been a Mentor at St Brendans Sixth Form College & Clevedon School.

Before teaching Amanda trained at the Italia Conti Academy in London.

Saturday Stage Craft

On graduating she made her Professional Debut playing the lead role of Pearl in Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London.

Her extensive theatre credits include; Eponine in Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre London West end. Sophie in Mamma Mia at The Prince Edward Theatre, London. ,Sandy in Grease at The Royal Albert Hall and The Scandinavian Arena Tour which was seen by 16,000 people each performance. Linda in Blood Brothers at the Phoenix Theatre London.

Amanda created the role of Chrissie in an original Musical ‘Teen Scream’ which premiered at The Theatre Royal in Lincoln and then continued with great Success to The Edinburgh Festival.

West End Workshop

Amanda has also toured throughout The U.K & Europe with “Hello Dolly “ playing the role of Minnie Fay alongside Darren Day & Anita Dobson. Hold Tight It’s 60’s Night,The Wonderful West End,Proud Cabaret in London. Guest artist for Globestar Management.

Tv Credits include; Janie in The King Of Hearts (channel 4), Live at the London Palladium playing Eponine in Les Miserables (ITV) Les Miserables The 25th Anniversary at The 02 Arena,The Royal Variety Show at The Dominion Theatre,Pebble Mill (BBC) and various appearances on Children in Need.

Cast recordings include; Janie in The King Of Hearts, Les Miserables 25th Anniversary concert, Guest artist in “Nursery” a children's lullaby Album.

Amanda has performed in many pantomimes over the years including playing the role of Wendy in First Family's production of Peter Pan alongside Henry Winkler, Other professional panto roles include Cinderella,Belle,Alice Fitzwarren & Tinkerbell & the evil Role of the Witch, flying above 3000 people in Beauty & the Beast performed in Kuala Lumpur directed by David Kort & Christopher Colby.


Sophie Norgate

In a career spanning over 20 years, Sophie has developed a significant breadth of varied arts practices within the performance industry.

Since graduating from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, in London, Sophie has always had a passion for teaching and encouraging young performers. She has gained valuable experience teaching dance and drama to school children throughout the country, ran specialised dance workshops, been a guest teacher for many dance schools and even taught children dance out in Africa and China.

During her performing career she played Ermengarde in

Hello, Dolly! UK Tour (where she met Amanda and Sam) Mary in Bill Kenwright’s 'The Haunting' UK tour. Boots in ‘Dora the Explorer‘ for Nickelodeon's UK, Europe, Asia and China Tours. Ensemble in Channel 5’s ‘Milkshake’ UK tour. Featured Dancer in The Royal Masonic Gala Show at The Prince Edward Theatre, London.

Sophie has also performed in many pantomimes over the years playing Wendy Darling in Peter Pan, Princess Amelia in Jack and the beanstalk alongside Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee and Dorothy in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

West End Workshop

Alongside performing and teaching, Sophie loves to keep fit and in 2017, became a certified Barre instructor.

Becoming part of the BSPA Dare to Dream team is a dream come true and Sophie cannot wait to get started.


Sam Board

Sam trained at Middlesex Univeristy and graduated with a BA Honours in Performing Arts majoring in Drama. 

Whilst Sam worked as a professional actor he also started to teach drama to children in some capacity and has done since 2004. Sam has a passion for helping children to unlock their potential in the performance genre, helping them to grow in confidence and self belief.

Whilst playing the lead role of Sky in London’s Westend, Sam helped teach children routines and scenes from Mamma Mia so the children got a taste of what performing was like at a professional level. 

Sam taught for the company Perform on a part time basis, teaching children as young as 3 years old which focused on their self confidence and enjoyment of dance and music. Sam visited numerous primary schools in South London with Perform teaching workshops and classes to children aged 4 through to 11.

Sam worked as a teacher and resident director at The Players Academy, London for seven years, teaching drama to children aged 6 through to 18. During this time at the Players Academy Sam directed a number of musicals including “Grease”, “Anything Goes”, “Footloose” and “Legally Blonde”.

Sam gained his performance experience by working in London’s Westend, Uk tours, television and rep theatre. 

Sam made his professional debut playing Conrade in “Much Ado About Nothing” for the London Shakespeare company.

Sam then went onto play his first lead role in a musical as the Balladeer/Lee Harvey Oswald in Stephen Sondheim’s “Assassins” at the Gatehouse Theatre, London.

Saturday Stage Craft

Sam’s other theatre credits include, Simon in “Jesus Christ Superstar” UK Tour; Sky in “Mamma Mia” at The Prince Edward Theatre, London; Kenicke in “Grease” UK Concert Tour; Ambrose Kemper in “Hello Dolly” at the Lincoln Theatre Royal and UK Tour; Principle Vocalist in “The Wonderful Westend” UK Tour.

Sam was fortunate enough to create a number of original roles for the stage, which included Lofty/understudy Alfie in “Alfie the Musical” at the Watford Palace Theatre; PJ in “Teen Scream” at The Lincoln Theatre Royal and then Edinburgh Festival; Barry in “When Harry met Barry” at The Gatehouse Theatre, London; Andrew in “Marry Me You Idiot” alongside Linda Bellingham at the Jermyn Street Theatre, London.

Whilst the majority of Sam’s professional work was in theatre his television credits include Paul in the period drama “Servants” for the BBC and Andrew in “Casualty” for the BBC.
